As a small business, Pendellrd reserves the right to cancel any order with excessive duplicate products, including but not limited to sizing and color variations. Ending the Contract Due to Our Actions: The contract ends immediately if:

• There is a risk of significant delay due to events beyond our control.
• We suspend supply for technical reasons.
• You have legal rights due to our wrongdoing.

Exercising Your Right to Change Your Mind: For most online purchases, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

When You Do Not Have the Right to Change Your Mind: You cannot change your mind for personalized, health-protected, washed, worn, pierced earrings, or inseparably mixed products.

How Long You Have to Change Your Mind: You have 14 days after receiving the product.

How to End the Contract With Us:

Returning Products: If you terminate the contract after dispatch or receipt, you must return the product to us within 14 days if exercising your right to change your mind.

Costs of Return: We cover return costs if the product is faulty or if you terminate due to changes, errors, delays, or our wrongdoing. In other cases, you cover return costs.

How We Will Refund You: We will refund via your original payment method or offer store credit, with possible deductions as described.

Store Credit: Store credit can be issued as a gift card, valid for 12 months. Unused balances remain on the card, and no cash change is given. Refunds for products purchased with store credit are issued as gift cards.

We May End the Contract if You Break It

We may terminate the contract if you fail to provide necessary information or allow delivery within a reasonable time. You must compensate us for resulting costs if we terminate the contract under these conditions.

We May Withdraw Products

We may cease product supply, notifying you in advance and refunding advance payments for undelivered products.
