When sending back items for a return, please make certain that your order details are securely placed inside the return parcel. It's crucial to retain your return tracking information and keep it safe until the entire return process is successfully completed. Item Condition Requirements

All returned merchandise must be in brand - new condition. This means the items should be completely unused, not having been worn even once, and never washed. They must still have all the original tags attached, intact security ribbons, and be in their original packaging.

Cleanliness and Odor Standards

Returns must be absolutely clean and free from any kind of marks, stains, makeup residue, tan marks, or any other foreign substances. Additionally, they should not have strong scents such as those from perfume, deodorant, or smoke. If a product shows any signs of improper care or handling, like being stored incorrectly or mishandled during use, the return may be rejected outright.

Rejection Criteria

Any items that display any evidence of wear, such as frayed edges, stretched fabric, or worn - out soles (for shoes), will not be accepted. Items with damage, whether it's a tear, a hole, or a broken part, will also be rejected. Moreover, if an item has been altered in any way, like having been tailored or modified, or if any components are missing, it will not be eligible for a refund.
